JR Nuerge represents a true success story as she gained over 22
business referrals and, in turn, utilized the services of fellow PWN
members. Joined PWN. Having
recently relocated to the Bay Area, JR found that PWN would be the
right venue to launch her services as both an interior designer and
jewelry craftsperson. To gain more exposure to the group, she
soon joined a committee.
 Work
commission followed. She was soon asked to
transform some antique jewelry into a one-of-a-kind necklace by a
committee member. And her client's boss so admired the
necklace that he asked about securing a piece for his wife. JR
also started to gain interior design commissions from four other PWN
members.

The network makes full circle. As
JR grew her professional relationships with other PWN members, she
enlisted their services, ranging from banking and legal services to
custom printing.
