Sarah Graves is a professional coach, speaker, writer, vinophile, and the Chief Relationships Officer for inviteCHANGE, LLC.

Her 30 years in Hospitality and Wine developed her leadership style of empowerment, delegation, and teaming at the highest levels of achievement, satisfaction, and philanthropic integration. Her skill for recruitment and retaining top talent is centered in her love of people, accessing their unique contribution, and watching them attain their full potential.

She has been an activist for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace breaking barriers and creating new opportunities. The former President of the ICF Oregon Chapter, she’s a volunteer for nonprofit organizations that help at risk women and children locally and globally.
