Rachel Naor

Rachel is a founding member of London & Naor PC, a women-owned litigation boutique based in Oakland. Her litigation practice primarily focuses on business disputes, where she has significant experience representing a wide variety of clients, from large technology companies to small family-owned businesses and individuals.

Rachel has broad experience litigating a breadth of issues, including unfair business practices, breach of contract, negligence and fraud. She practices in state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as in arbitration. She also regularly represents companies and individuals responding to government investigations and prosecutions. Before London & Naor, Rachel spent several years at two international law firms.

In addition to her litigation practice, Rachel also conducts internal investigations. She has conducted multiple investigations on behalf of large universities and technology companies, investigating whistleblower claims, allegations of workplace misconduct, and matters arising from student complaints.

Rachel grew up in Oakland and attended UC Berkeley for undergrad. She went to UCLA for law school but always knew she would come back to the Bay Area after her brief stint in Los Angeles. She lives in Oakland with her husband and two kids.
