Rachel is a founding member of London & Naor PC, a women-owned litigation boutique based in Oakland, where she focuses on complex business disputes. She represents a wide range of clients—from large technology companies to small businesses and individuals—in state and federal courts, arbitration, and government investigations.

Rachel also conducts internal investigations for universities and companies, handling sensitive matters such as whistleblower claims and workplace misconduct. A Bay Area native, she lives in Oakland with her family.
